M&E Manager
The M&E Manager will work directly under the Program Manager and Technical Adviser and is
responsible for developing monitoring and evaluation strategies, frameworks and tools and theory of
change documents for Mango Tree’s Northern Uganda Literacy Program (NULP), as well as
overseeing the team of people (both staff and consultants) implementing them in the field.
Creative Content Specialist
As a creative content specialist within the consultancy department your key job is to translate the communication problems of our customers into supporting tools that work for rural audiences. You know from experience what communication problems NGOs face and how they can be solved with easy-to-use yet sophisticated supporting materials. You are passionate about developing quality tools that work and will not be satisfied until this is accomplished.
Visual Comms Specialist

Designer
The Designer will be responsible for mainly doing design work, from simple to complex designs,
including templates. In addition, the Designer will be responsible for developing educational tools for
clients by doing layout and design and creating appropriate designs that meet the clients’ needs at all times.
Illustrator
The Illustrator will be responsible for doing all types of Illustrations that range from simple to complex
in nature. In addition, the Illustrator will be responsible for developing educational tools for clients by
creating appropriate designs that meet the clients’ needs at all times.
Account Representative
As account representative your ability to network and search for new customers is key. You must also analyze problems and translate them into full project proposals with complete budgets and timelines. Customer satisfaction is crucial and as such you will guide any customer communication through the course of the project.
