We have worked as a consultant / subcontractor in the fields of education (nursery and primary), health (many topics), agriculture, rural finance and others.

Here are some examples of our service-related projects:

• trained U.S. Peace Corps volunteers in Tanzania and Uganda to develop locally appropriate instructional materials for HIV/AIDS
• developed communication strategies and training tools for a farmers organisation to improve uptake of a new financial tool by local maize farmers
• created a kit of early childhood learning tools for the Ugandan Ministry of Education and Sports, the National Curriculum Development Centre, and USAID. Trained 150 tutors and district officials in using the kit, who in turn trained over 7000 teachers. Monitored and evaluated the kit's impact in P-1 and P-2 classrooms in the eleven districts where more than 2,400 government primary schools received the kit.

For teachers from P-1 to P-7, this workshop is focused on how to teach concepts from the national math syllabus using games, especially playing cards and dice.
